Hi.

This is the story of how life can change too fast. From Asian beaches to Irish chemo wards, we document it here.

This was the party nobody wanted to plan. We were in a state of shock and relief as we wandered around Party City and met with a caterer. Relief seems like a cruel emotion, but she didn’t have cancer anymore…we were glad.

Rebecca agreed to a religious ceremony to appease the family, but was not a Catholic. She asked that we celebrate her life. It was in that spirit that we organized a tropical-themed reception after the mass.

The less that is said about the mass the better. However, it was well attended by members of the community and some intrepid travelers from Ireland, Bangkok, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and California

The party had delicious catering and plenty of alcohol. We played a few videos (Sad) and got straight into the dancing. That’s about all I remember. I had close friends from all chapters of my life next to me, for which I am forever grateful. I only wish I was lucid and connected enough to enjoy them.

A lot of Spice Girls was played
