Wildflower hike in Breckenridge

The wedding morning activity was the one I was most excited about. The hike to collect decorative wildflowers! In my imagination, we would have styled ourselves in white lace, done some frolicking, and taken a lot of windblown hair photos. In reality, we were concerned with warmth, breathing and beer. It worked out wonderfully regardless!

As mostly Floridians and sea-level dwellers, we REALLY struggled up those hills! Nobody was less than average in fitness, but anyone in Gator colors had to stop and wheeze multiple times..it was comical!
